Facilities Maintenance includes units that provide area maintenance, electrical, pipe services, life safety systems, maintenance contracts for roads and sidewalks, roofs, exterior painting, and elevator maintenance. In addition, Facilities Managers have been assigned to several schools/colleges .

HVAC Services include heating, air conditioning, energy management, refrigeration, and fume hood maintenance units.

Others O&M also has a dedicated facility manager and staff for Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA).
