Introducing Facilities Service Central: Your One-Stop Solution for Campus Facility Requests!
Whether you live in a residence hall, dine on campus, work out at RecWell, attend a class, or work in a campus building, you've likely encountered situations where something needed fixing. Until now, reporting these issues wasn't always straightforward. But that's about to change! In response to your valuable feedback, Facilities Management, Residential Facilities, Dining Services, Recreation & Wellness, and STAMP have joined forces to launch Facilities Service Central — a user-friendly centralized online system designed to make submitting requests effortless.
What's New?
With Facilities Service Central, using any browser, phone, tablet, or computer, you can:
- Easily submit requests for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and more
- Track the status of your requests in real time
- Receive faster service with improved request management
- Request assistance anytime, anywhere—no phone calls needed
