We are a workforce of more than 800 employees who bring a rich diversity of backgrounds, talents, and skills to the management of UMD’s complex physical environment. We keep the lights and heat on, the water running, the buildings and grounds in top shape, and restore services after floods and other unexpected events. We serve the campus community twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year. We are FM!
