OM&U Facility Managers

OM&U Facility Managers serve in the critical customer service role of liaison between FM and colleges/schools and general administrative buildings with a key goal to build positive working relationships with external customers and resolve service issues promptly and efficiently. 

Facility Managers may receive requests for units such as P&C or B&LM, and pass requests on accordingly. If you receive a request from a Facility Manager, please respond promptly. It is our intention to proactively resolve issues and address challenges, together as “one FM.”

In addition, if you receive a customer concern or request for an area covered above by our OM&U Facility managers, please route it to the designated liaison.
