Import & U.S. Customs Guidance
FM Customs and Duties Services provides import and U.S. Customs support for purchases made from international suppliers, helping departments navigate shipping, documentation, duties, and compliance requirements associated with international shipments.

Physical Distribution
The Physical Distribution Center is home to inbound shipments, delivery on campus, transportation management, pick-up service, and Terrapin Trader. FM Logistical Services supports household and laboratory relocations through contracted vendors for both local and long-distance moves.
 
Terrapin Trader
The Terrapin Trader is the University of Maryland’s (UMD) ongoing surplus property operation that handles the removal of university-owned equipment via as sales, bids, and auctions. The store is open to UMD departments, other state agencies, faculty, staff, students, and the general public.

High-quality photography of university events and groups is available, as well as custom printing and framing.
