Offered in partnership with ENGEN, this free program is open to all FM staff to improve English language and communication skills. The fall program kicks off on September 13. Contacts: Damesa Bennett or Adam Kaplan.

September 13: Basic Computer Skill Pilot
Starting September 13, this pilot with UME will equip 20 FM staff (selected by supervisors) with essential computer skills, including WiFi connection, CAS login, email access, and browser navigation. This training aims to ensure staff have the basic skills needed to communicate, collaborate, and execute their core job duties. Data from this pilot will assist in developing an FM-wide program. November, TBD: Workday Training
The Workday system is scheduled to go live on November 15. Following the launch, FM will host open-house sessions to address basic Workday questions. These sessions will target frontline employees with limited access to technology and language barriers.
