Please be advised that the Severn CRC key distribution desk will not be available during the Winter Holiday Break on Tuesday, Dec. 24, Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1. The key distribution desk will be available on Dec. 26, 27, 30 and 31. In the event of an emergency where keys are urgently needed, please contact the Customer Response Center (CRC).
The CRC will be accessible throughout the holiday period to assist you. They will have FM emergency responders available to assist with any building emergencies. Please make a note of the CRC contact number: 301-405-2222.
For any non-urgent key requests or regular key distribution needs, we kindly request that you plan ahead and make the necessary arrangements before or after the holiday period. The normal key distribution service will resume on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
