The FM Logistics Management Warehouse is a store facility providing parts and materials in support of campus maintenance and construction functions.
The warehouse storeroom stocks approximately 10,000 items and maintains a database of over 30,000 parts for special order. The inventory includes items in the fields of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, and safety devices, among others.
Located in the Severn Building (Room 0510), the store is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Campus departments and programs can purchase material through the FM Warehouse by setting up a standing work order, which can be set up by contacting the Customer Response Center (301-405-2222) or placing an online work request.
