With winter weather upon us, we want to provide you with general information about campus closings, delayed openings, as well as resource information related to inclement weather and declared emergency conditions.

Essential Employees are also reminded about reporting requirements.

Supervisors – Please share with your staff who do not have routine access to email.

General information regarding the University’s open or closed status, as well as other schedule changes and information can be accessed via the following resources:

For Essential Employees:  Please see the summary sheet link below. When there is a declared emergency/inclement weather situation (or anticipation of one), instructions and updates will be sent out via an FM-ALL email and, as information becomes available, recorded messages for Essential Employees will be available on the: FM Essential Employee phone line: 301-405-1999. If you are unsure about what to do, Essential Employees should contact their supervisor.
