Good Morning Team FM,

I hope this message finds you well. We have received feedback from some staff expressing frustration with building access issues at 7401 Baltimore Ave. (City Hall), particularly concerning attending meetings and connecting with Human Resources staff. We want to assure you that all FM staff are welcome in all our spaces, including City Hall. 

For occasional access to the building, please make arrangements with the staff you are meeting (either meet them on the main floor at a specified time or call when you arrive). Staff who have a business need for regular access to City Hall can request a Lenel electronic access card following the instructions outlined in our protocol document, which is available for review on our website.
