PRD Midway Evaluation in Workday

Greetings FM,

It’s that time again, our Mid-Year Feedback period is almost here! Beginning November 1, 2025, all eligible staff will receive a Performance Review and Development (PRD) task in Workday. The Midway Feedback session is an interactive conversation where managers and employees review performance progress, discuss accomplishments and growth opportunities, and identify goals or skills to focus on for the rest of the year.

Key Dates to Remember:
November 1–14: Employees complete self-evaluations
November 15–December 19: Managers complete midway reviews

Info Sessions:
November 5 at 10 a.m. – Info Session for Employees
November 12 at 2 p.m. – Info Session for Managers
November 19 at 10 a.m. – Info Session for Managers

Office Hours:
November 6 at 10 a.m. – Office Hours for Employees
November 13 at 2 p.m. – Office Hours for Managers
November 20 at 10 a.m. – Office Hours for Managers
December 5 at 10 a.m. – Office Hours for Managers
December 10 at 2 p.m. – Office Hours for Managers
