Reminder: Staff Appreciation Luncheon is Mon. Feb. 9!

We’re looking forward to gathering next Monday for our FM Staff Appreciation Luncheon and hope you’ll be able to join us as we come together to celebrate one another and the incredible work happening across Facilities Management.

Event Details:

  • Date & Time: Monday, February 9, from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Location: Stamp Student Union – Grand Ballroom

What to Expect:

Announcement of our 2025 merit-based award winners. (Please come show your support for all of this year’s nominees!)
Recognition of service milestone anniversaries (as of July 2024)

  • Lunch and FM swag
  • A special appearance by Testudo!

Before You Go: Transportation & Parking:

Parking

  • Staff with any DOTS permit (Daily, 2-day, 3-day, or annual) may park in overflow lots Z, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1f
  • Please see the overflow parking map for locations
  • We also encourage walking, carpooling, or using ShuttleUM
  • Please allow adequate time for travel and parking

From FM Locations to STAMP

Trip 1 Pick-Up:
City Hall – 10 a.m.
Severn – 10:10 a.m.
Wye Oak – 10:20 a.m.
Trip 2 Pick-Up (Wye Oak only):
Wye Oak – 10:35 a.m.
From STAMP to FM Locations

Trip 1: Departs STAMP at 12:45 p.m., drop-off at Wye Oak only
Trip 2: Departs STAMP at 1:15 p.m., drop-offs at Wye Oak, Severn, and City Hall
