Upcoming FM Customer Service Training
Dear FM Team,
Starting next week, all Facilities Management employees will take part in customer service training — an important opportunity for us to strengthen how we serve our campus community and one another.
Everyone in FM has been scheduled to attend three sessions. If you haven’t already heard from your manager about your assigned time, please check the training schedule linked below.

The schedule lists all FM staff, their unit, cohort number, and sessions dates/times. It includes three tabs for sorting preferences:
Staff sorted by last name
Staff sorted by unit → last name
Staff sorted by supervisory organization → last name
All staff will receive a Google Calendar invite for their session. Attendance will be tracked on the schedule sheet, which managers and leaders can also use to monitor participation.
FM is a large organization, and training cohorts were created to ensure balanced representation across units. Priority was given to frontline staff, whose shift-based schedules are more limited.
If you have a scheduling conflict, please work with your team to resolve it internally (e.g., by adjusting telework days or arranging alternate coverage). If conflicts cannot be resolved at the team level, please contact us for assistance.
