Team FM,

Over the past couple of weeks, the impact of budget reductions has become visible across FM and the university, bringing change and uncertainty. All of FM has been impacted in some way.

While I can't predict what the future holds, I do know that we will get through these challenges the same way we always do — by working together, looking out for one another, and being kind.

It's also important that we stay connected as a community. I hope you will make time to take a break from your work and participate in our upcoming FM All-Hands meeting on July 14 and our Ice Cream Social on July 29.

If you have questions or concerns, please reach out. While we may not have all the answers, we want to hear from you. I encourage you to connect with your supervisor or a member of the FM leadership team. If you need additional support, counseling and wellness resources are also available through the university's Faculty Staff Assistance Program.

Please know that I am grateful for everything you do each day and for your commitment to FM and our campus community.
