End of Cycle PRD

The End of Cycle Performance Review and Development (PRD) process in Workday continues. The period that this evaluation covers is April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.  Please note key dates below:

March 1 – March 14: Self Evaluations
March 15 – April 15: Manager Evaluations
April 16 – April 20: Second-Level Manager Review & Approval
April 21 – April 25: Manager Acknowledgement
April 26 - 30 (last day): Employee Acknowledgement Deadline

Maryland Day Tent Volunteers Needed

FM's Maryland Day committee is looking for volunteers to help in the FM Maryland Day tent on the day of the event -- Saturday, April 25, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Shifts include morning set up, staffing during the day, and evening break down. One and two-hour shifts are available (two hours preferred). Please complete the online form to volunteer.

Training Reminder

All staff: Defend Your Shell 2026 (IT Security Awareness) - Due April 3, 2026. (Training is available in both English and Spanish.

Supervisors: All FM supervisors are required to complete the Excellence in Supervision (EIS) program by June 30, 2026.
