Fall All Hands Meeting

Reminder: Register for Fall All-hands Meeting

The fall FM All-Hands meeting is Thursday, September 18, 10 to 11:30 a.m. In addition to updates from FM leadership, this session will feature guest speakers Bob Reuning, Interim Vice President for the Division of Administration, and Tania DeBarros, Counselor with the Faculty Staff Assistance Program. All-hands meetings are presented via Zoom. Staff with limited access to technology can participate in person at our group viewing locations, Tawes Hall, Rm 0223 (Spanish) and Knight Hall, Rm 1206 (English). Register online.

Coming Soon! Customer Service Training

FM’s new Customer Service Training program begins this fall with pilot groups running Oct. 21–30 and regular training beginning in Nov.

  • 12 hours of training across four sessions
  • Sequence: Supervisors → Frontline → Leadership
  • (No sessions during Thanksgiving week or Winter Break)
