As we approach the official launch of the SHIFT system, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank all of you who have contributed to this effort. A special thanks to our Workstream Leads and everyone who has played a role in developing, testing, and refining this system. Your dedication has been invaluable.
We’re now about halfway through training, and we’re thrilled with the participation and engagement we’ve seen so far. Your willingness to learn and adapt is so important as we navigate this transition, and we appreciate your amazing effort. For SHIFT to be successful, we need everyone’s continued support. This new system is a major step forward, but its implementation depends on your commitment. Now is the time for each of us to step up and take ownership of our part in making it work. The more we fully adopt this change, the smoother our operations will be.
We know that transitioning from an old system to a new one is never easy. Change brings challenges, and we appreciate your patience as we work through them together. While there may be bumps along the way, SHIFT is designed to make our processes more efficient and streamlined – ultimately improving both our daily work and the service we provide to our customers. In the long run, this system will enhance coordination across campus, benefiting the entire university community.
There’s light at the end of the tunnel, and the work you’re doing now is paving the way for a better, more effective system. Thank you for your efforts, your resilience, and your willingness to embrace this change. Together, we can make this transition a success!
