Thank you, FM
Greetings Team FM,
With my retirement quickly approaching, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for the support, dedication, and teamwork that have made my time here so rewarding. It has truly been a privilege to serve alongside you.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many talented and committed people, each of you playing an important role in keeping our campus running smoothly. While I won’t miss the drama of floods, power outages, or middle-of-the-night emergencies, I will miss you — my colleagues and friends who have made my time with FM so special.
I also want to extend my sincere gratitude for the understanding, flexibility, and encouragement you’ve shown during these recent months while I’ve been undergoing treatment. Your kindness and support made an enormous difference, and I am truly grateful.
As I look forward to a slower pace and more time with family and friends, I know that FM will continue to move forward with the same energy, integrity, and pride that make this organization so special. And I will carry with me great memories of our shared accomplishments and the relationships that made this work meaningful. I know I am leaving you in capable hands, and I’m excited to see all that FM will continue to achieve.
I hope to see many of you when I’m back on campus to pack up my belongings and at my retirement reception on December 1. It would be wonderful to say goodbye in person.
Thank you again for everything you’ve done and for the honor of being part of this exceptional team.
With gratitude,
Kristy
