Due to a high volume of recently received inventory, Terrapin Trader is temporarily pausing pickups of surplus inventory and Designated Non-Capital Assets (DNCA) while the team processes existing items.
The team will continue processing inventory throughout the remainder of September and early October. Beginning the week of October 12, Terrapin Trader will assess its available intake capacity to determine when pickup scheduling can resume. October 12 is the start of this review and does not mean pickups will resume on that date.
If you have a pending pickup request, there is no need to submit a new request. Once pickup capacity becomes available, a Terrapin Trader team member will contact you directly to coordinate and schedule your pickup. Please hold any new requests until normal operations resume.
