Terrapin Trader’s temporary suspension of surplus inventory and Designated Non-Capital Asset (DNCA) pickups remains in effect while the team works through its existing inventory backlog and restores intake capacity.
If you have a pending surplus or DNCA pickup request, there is no need to submit a new request. Once pickups resume, a Terrapin Trader team member will contact you directly to coordinate and schedule your pickup. Please hold any new pickup requests until normal operations resume.
We will provide another update during the week of Oct. 26 on our Business Updates & Alerts webpage, including information on our progress and plans for resuming pickups.
Although pickups remain paused, the Terrapin Trader store remains open every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
