All services are billable, please ensure to provide a valid Workday departmental billing source when requesting services. A valid Purchase Order is required for payment of services. Vendor will also accept PCards for payment.

Freight Shipping Services
Not every shipment can be sent through standard parcel carriers. Logistical Services coordinates Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), and specialized freight services for large or high-value shipments through a contracted 3rd Party Vendor.

Upon arrival to campus, Logistical Services can coordinate:

- Coordination with project managers and contractors
- Temporary and long term storage is not available at Severn.
